Migrant Children Leadership Camp
The camp aims to empower migrant children, esp. those living in difficulty, to enhance their capacity to serve communities and to recognize their own abilities to help others.
Four-Dimension Project on Assistance to Children Living in Difficulty (with Comparative Research)
The project provides urban children living in difficulty and migrant children, as well as their families, with professional social work services in terms of the four dimensions of prevention, help, treatment and development. The best practices are collected for better summary of localized experiences as policy suggestions as well as peer NGOs.
Facilitators College
We identify and educate the underprivileged to become future leaders for NGOs, offering professional training and guidance to help them to realize their career goals as NGO workers.
Facilitators Empowerment Plan
The project provides professional support social workers for capacity building and supervision to enhance their abilities for theoretical understanding as well as services. It also helps NGOs to address challenges faced for healthy development of the NGOs and mutual support to the peers.
Philanthropy 1+1
The Philanthropy 1+1 enables NGOs to get access to resources and funders to find good projects. Flexible funding for grassroots NGOs can help to build new ecological cycle for philanthropy.
Friends of Facilitators-Monthly Donation Program
The program was launched in January 2019 to support operations of the Facilitators by monthly donation from public donors. By October 2020, more than 2020 friends joined the program to let social workers focus on professional service and address the needs of beneficiaries in more flexible and innovative ways.
