Our History

In spring 2003, our co-founders signed death disclaimer forms before they began to offer emergency services to migrant workers in Beijing during the severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) outbreak.

That was the start of the Facilitators, one of the first non-governmental social work organizations in China.

Seventeen years later, we are still working for migrants with our guiding philosophy of “effecting change through cooperation, helping people help themselves”.
